After School Skinny Pizza Pockets

Ingredients
- 2 Whole-wheat wraps
- 1 Tablespoon of tomato puree
- 1 Tomato
- Half a ball of fresh mozzarella
- A handful of fresh spinach
- 2 Slices of good quality ham
- Olive oil
Preparation
- Turn on Sandwich Maker and heat to High.
- Place a wrap in front of you and spoon 1/2 a tablespoon of tomato puree over each wrap. Lay down a slice of ham in the middle, top with the fresh spinach, mozzarella and a couple of slices of tomato on each wrap.
- Bring all four sides into the centre to create a rectangle (matching the shape of a piece of bread) making sure there is no gap in the middle.
- Once the machine is pre-heated, spray or brush the sandwich plates with oil and pop the wrap in.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes until lightly browned and carefully remove from the plates. Cut in half and serve immediately.
