Banana Packcakes
Makes approx 10 Small Pancakes
Ingredients
- 4 Large eggs
- 2 Medium ripe bananas
- ¼ tsp Baking powder
- 80g Oats
- Butter for greasing the plates
To Serve
- a Handful of blueberries
- Maple syrup
Preparation
- Break the banana up into a high sided container. Add the remaining ingredients.
- Attach the chopping blade to the Hand Blender and mix on a medium speed until well combined and smooth. Allow the batter to rest for a minute or two.
- Attach the griddle plates to the Griddle & Grill. Select griddle and preheat to 180°C, in the fully open position.
- Grease the plates with a little butter.
- Drop 2 tbsp (30mls) of batter for each pancake onto the griddle plates.
- Cook the pancakes for approximately 5 minutes until the edges start to look as if they are setting.
- Gently turn the pancakes over and cook for another 2 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cook in batches keeping the prepared pancakes warm in the oven.
- Serve with blueberries and maple syrup
