Ingredients:
- 4 slices of sourdough bread
- 200g cream cheese
- 1 small fresh beetroot, peeled
- 1 small apple, core removed
- Salad cress
- Freshly ground pepper
Directions:
- Toast your sourdough bread to your desired consistency.
- Using the fine setting of the slicing blade on the Easy Prep Pro, slice the beetroot and apple.
- To assemble your crostini, portion the ricotta cheese between your toasted sourdough.
- Scatter over the ricotta the sliced beetroot and apple.
- Sprinkle over the salad cress, and season with freshly ground pepper.
