Love clafoutis but fancy something a bit more savoury? This amazing Cherry Tomato and Feta Clafoutis recipe has you covered.
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 250ml full fat milk
- 70g cornflour
- Salt and pepper
- 4 tbsp. tapenade
- 200g cherry tomatoes, on the vine
- 200g feta cheese cubes
To Serve:
- Green Salad
- Balsamic Vinegar Dressing
Preparation
- Put the eggs, milk and cornflour into the blending cup of the Cordless On the Go Blender.
- Add in a little salt and pepper.
- Attached the blade assembly and attach to the base.
- Blend the ingredients together, for approximately 20 seconds.
- Spread a spoonful of tapenade into each baking dish.
- Add the feta and cherry tomatoes and then pour the liquid mix into each baking dish.
- Place the baking dishes onto a baking tray.
- Add a little water to the bottom of the baking tray and then bake in the oven, for 20 minutes, at 170˚C.
- Serve with a green salad, with a balsamic vinegar dressing.
