Quick and easy to make and ready in approximately half an hour, make the perfect Cinnamon Toast, using the Cook In. It makes a delicious breakfast option or can be made to have as a tasty snack.
Ingredients
- 12 slices of brioche
- 3 eggs
- 50g caster sugar
- 300ml milk
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
- 50g salted butter
- Icing sugar
To Serve:
- Yoghurt
- Fresh fruit salad
Preparation
- Using the Cordless Pro Hand Blender, with the blending attachment, mix the eggs, sugar, cinnamon and milk together in a bowl.
- Pour the mixture into a dish, big enough for a slice of bread to fit into.
- Place the grill plate on the Cook In and set the heat to medium.
- Add the butter to the grill pan and allow to melt.
- Dip the brioche into the mixture and place onto the grill pan. Cook for about 2 minutes on each side.
- Sprinkle with icing sugar, before serving.
- Serve warm, either plain, or with your choice of fresh yoghurt or fruit salad.
