Coriander Sauce

Bright and fragrant this dipping sauce is a treat for the senses. Pair with our Korean BBQ recipe.
Ingredients:
- 50g fresh coriander, excess stalks removed
- 4 cloves garlic, peeled
- 5cm piece fresh root ginger, peeled and roughly chopped
- 2 limes, juiced
- 2 tsp palm sugar (brown sugar will work too)
- 4 tbsp ground nut oil
Directions:
- Place all the ingredients into the Mini Prep Pro and process using the ‘CHOP’ button until finely chopped.
- Place in a serving bowl.
Tip: Try serving with out Korean BBQ.
