Enjoy this sweet berry compote over your breakfast or try with a dessert. You can also substitute berries depending on the season.
Ingredients
- 100g raspberries
- 100g strawberries, end removed and quartered
- 1 tsp agave nectar
- Juice of ½ a lime
Preparation
- Place all the ingredients into a small, high sided container.
- Attach the blending blade to the 3 in 1 Hand Blender and mix on a medium speed until all the fruit is beginning to purée, leaving some texture.
- Serve with thick, plain yoghurt.
