Mango Dip
Two ingredients and a seriously versatile dip. The sweet mangoes are delicious drizzled over ice cream or try it savoury with chicken or seafood dishes.
Ingredients
- 2 ripe mangoes
- Juice of 1 lime
Preparation
- Peel the mangoes and remove the flesh from the stones. Cut into chunks.
- Place the mango and lime juice into the Mini Prep Pro and process using the ‘chop’ button until smooth.
- Use immediately or chill for several hours.
