Mango & Strawberry Sorbet

Mango & Strawberry Sorbet is a delicious and refreshing treat. It’s also simple to make and a great recipe to make with the kids. Recipe created by @myhungrylittlehelpers.
Ingredients
- 300g mango, chopped
- 200g strawberries, chopped
- 3 tbsp. runny honey
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 250ml water
Additional Fruit:
- 60g strawberries, diced
- 60g mango, diced
Preparation
- Add the mango, strawberries, honey, lemon juice and zest to a large mixing bowl. Using the Cordless Pro Hand Blender, with the blending attachment, process until smooth. Add the water and briefly process to combine.
- Chill for 2 hours or overnight.
- Once chilled, whisk the mixture and pour into the Ice Cream & Gelato Professional, with the gelato paddle already fitted. Place the lid on and set the timer for 40 minutes, to start to churn.
- Five minutes before the end of churning, add the additional diced mango and strawberries.
- At the end of churning, the sorbet will be a soft scoop. If you want a firmer texture, place in an airtight container and freeze for several hours.
