A grilled Ribeye Steak is tender, juicy and easy to cook. It’s ideal for all occasions and can be ready in very little time.
Ingredients
- 300g ribeye steak
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Attach the grill plates to the Grill & Sandwich Maker and preheat to high.
- Rub the meat with the olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- When the green indicator light shows, place the meat onto the grill plate. Lower the lid and cook for approximately 6-8 minutes (or less, depending on your preference).
- Remove and allow to rest for 5 minutes, before serving.
- Serve with fresh, steamed vegetables or a side salad.
Tip: For a more flavoursome & tender steak, ensure that your steak is at room temperature before cooking.
