Smoked Mackerel Pâté

Serve up this creamy smoked mackerel pâté as an impressive first course at your next dinner party. Taking only 15 minutes to make - this speedy starter is stress free and tastes delicious!
Ingredients
- 250g Smoked mackerel fillets
- 100g Cottage cheese, drained of excess liquid
- 120ml Greek yoghurt
- Juice of ½ a lemon
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- Flat parsley, chopped
Preparation
- Remove any large bones from the fish and flake into the blender. Add the cottage cheese, yogurt, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Pulse blend on high 4 or 5 times until well mixed.
- Check seasoning, then chill for several hours.
- Before serving garnish with chopped parsley
