Spicy Chicken Wings are delicious and easy to make and are great to make for the whole family. This version skips the deep-fat frying, making them healthier too.
Ingredients
- 1 tsp. cumin seeds
- 1 tsp. garlic granules
- ½ tsp. mustard seeds
- ½ tsp. sweet smoked paprika
- 1 tsp. chilli flakes
- ½ tsp. cayenne
- ½ tsp. black peppercorns
- ½ tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. sugar
- ½ tsp. sea salt
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 16 chicken wings (approx. 1kg)
- Non-stick cooking spray
Preparation
- Place all the dry ingredients into the Spice Grinder and grind together.
- In a large bowl, toss together the chicken wings and olive oil.
- Sprinkle over the ground spice and mix until thoroughly coated.
- Place the airfryer basket onto the baking tray. Ensure the basket is oiled. Evenly place the chicken wings into the basket.
- Put the assembled pan into rack position 2. Set the oven to airfry at 200˚C, for 20 minutes. Cook until golden.
- Serve with your favourite dipping sauce.
