Summer Berry Compote
Ingredients
- 200g Strawberries, end removed and quartered
- 1 tsp Agave nectar
- 1 Drop rosewater
Preparation
- Place all the ingredients into the Mini Prep Pro.
- Process using the chop function until all the fruit is beginning to puree, leaving some texture.
- Serve with thick, plain yoghurt.
