Quick and easy to make, this Greek dip is perfect for serving as part of a sharing meze platter or a starter, with flat bread or pitta.
Ingredients:
- 100g smoked salmon
- 150g full fat soft cream cheese
- 70g crème fraiche
- Juice of ½ a lemon
- 1tbsp.olive oil
- Black pepper
Directions:
- Add all the ingredients into the Cuisinart Mini Prep Pro.
- Using the CHOP button,blend until smooth. Check for seasoning.
- Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
