This refreshing Apricot Sorbet can be made with just a few ingredients and is the perfect dessert for a summer’s day. It’s a healthier option to ice cream and it’s vegan too.
Ingredients
- 500g fresh apricot pulp
- 300g vegan yoghurt
- 3 tbsp. agave syrup
- Juice of half a lemon
Preparation
- Place the gelato paddle in the bowl of the ice cream maker.
- Pour the apricot pulp into the bowl.
- Add the yoghurt, honey and lemon juice.
- Process the sorbet for 30 minutes.
- Arrange in bowls and serve immediately.
