Watermelon Sorbet

This refreshing Watermelon Sorbet can be made with just three simple ingredients. It is the perfect summer dessert for anyone who likes a sweet fix and is a great way to get some extra fruit into your diet.
Ingredients:
- 500g watermelon flesh, cubed and seeds removed
- 100g icing sugar
- Juice of 1 lime
Directions:
- Pre-freeze the bowl of the Cuisinart Iced Dessert maker for around 12 hours.
- Assemble the paddle holder of the Cuisinart Iced Dessert Maker with the fresh fruit paddle. Place the freezer bowl into the machine and turn the unit on.
- With the unit running add all the ingredients. Allow to churn until thickened, about 15 minutes.
- Serve immediately, or for a firmer consistency transfer to an airtight container and freeze for about 2 hours.
